Meet Kip and Cat Keylock

Led by Principal Kip Keylock, Ocean Estates Development is rooted in decades of experience, strong relationships, and a deep respect for both people and place. A Vancouver Island businessman with longstanding ties to the Comox Valley, Kip has built a diverse career spanning real estate projects from Calgary, Alberta, to Maui, Hawaii, and back home to Vancouver Island.
